Under certain conditions, your children continue benefiting from your prescription drug coverage upon turning 18 if they are full-time students.
To find a family doctor, register with the Québec Family Doctor Finder. The waiting time may vary depending on the availability of doctors and the number of registrations in your region.
The form is to be used if you consider that you were wrongfully billed for a medical, dental, optometric or pharmaceutical service (other than drugs) rendered in Québec. You have 5 years from the date of payment of services to file a request for reimbursement.
