The frequency of consultations may vary. It depends in part on the information submitted during your registration, which determines your eligibility for consultations.

We invite panelists to participate in one consultation per month on average. For each project, we randomly select a sample of participants who meet criteria related to the study’s needs. Therefore, even if your profile matches the requirements for a current consultation, you may not receive an invitation to participate.

The duration of a consultation varies depending on its format and objectives. Surveys, for example, may differ in length depending on the topic covered. Focus groups, co-creation workshops, individual interviews, and digital interface tests generally last between 30 minutes and 2 hours.

The estimated time for each consultation is always indicated in the email invitation.

No, your participation in each consultation is voluntary. It is based on your desire to share your opinion and comments on the subject under discussion.

You may participate in one consultation and not participate in the next, depending on your interests and availability.

The deadline for participating in an online survey varies from one questionnaire to another. It is always indicated in the email invitation.

For focus groups, co-creation workshops, individual interviews, or digital interface testing, you will receive an email containing a link to express your interest and indicate your availability.

You can remain part of the panel for as long as you wish, as long as it is active. You can end your participation at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.

However, we may deactivate your profile if you do not participate in any consultations for a period of 12 consecutive months and do not reply to our reminders.

To cancel your participation in the RAMQ panel, click on the unsubscribe link in each email. Then follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process. Your participation in the panel will then be cancelled immediately.

You can also send a request by email to experienceclient@ramq.gouv.qc.ca.

Technical support

Depending on your email settings and provider, some emails sent by automated systems may be directed straight to your spam folder.

Check your spam folder. If necessary, authorize the sender consultation@panel.ramq.gouv.qc.ca or mark one of the emails in the folder as “not spam”.

If you have checked your spam folder and cannot find the confirmation email, please write to experienceclient@ramq.gouv.qc.ca.

Your answers are automatically sent to RAMQ once you have completed the questionnaire.

However, if you have not finished answering the questions and would like to do so, click on the link in the invitation email again. You will then have access to the remaining questions. If you have completed the questionnaire, a message will indicate that the link has already been used.

You can also close the window and click on the survey link again. In most cases, this will take you back to the page you were on and it should load correctly.

If you are still experiencing problems, you can try accessing the questionnaire from another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.).

Please note that using the back button on your web browser may cause the questionnaire to stop. Instead, use the navigation buttons provided for this purpose below the questions.
