I am leaving Québec for a country that HAS NOT signed a social security agreement or for another Canadian province

When you call, select option 4 from the telephone menu.

The following 11 countries have signed a social security agreement with Québec: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, and Sweden.
