Order your personalized Renewal Notice form. You will receive it in the mail within 14 days at he address on your file.
Persons who do not receive a renewal notice
Please note that you will not receive a renewal notice if you are in one of the following situations:
- You are temporarily in Québec (work or studies, for example)
- You are settled in Québec under the authority of temporary immigration documents
If you hold a temporary resident permit and are waiting for your permanent residence, you have to re-register for health insurance.
Change of address
It is crucial that you notify us of any change of address so that we can mail you your renewal notice. You can do so via the Service québécois de changement d’adresse or by calling us.
