Order form for information documents

Companies and pharmacies can order, at no cost, information documents on the Public Prescription Drug Insurance Plan and other RAMQ services. All documents are also available in PDF format and are printable.

Choice of documents

Select the number of documents you wish to order on the corresponding line. The posters are available individually and the other documents in multiples of 25, up to a maximum of 250 copies.
