Several persons have received fraudulent calls impersonating RAMQ. If you do not have a pending request with us or if the call seems suspicious, do not provide any personal information. Claim slips (carnet de réclamation)

Slips issued by the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale to recipients of the following financial assistance programs:

  • Social Assistance Program
  • Social Solidarity Program
  • Basic Income Program

Under certain conditions, the slips may also be issued to adults or families not receiving benefits under a financial assistance program with claim slips (carnet de réclamation). These slips entitle the holders to receive, free of charge, certain prescription drugs prescribed by a doctor as well as services such as eye examinations and dental examinations.
