Several persons have received fraudulent calls impersonating RAMQ. If you do not have a pending request with us or if the call seems suspicious, do not provide any personal information. Authorized optometrists or ophthalmologists

  • Optometrists who are members of the Ordre des optométristes du Québec or an equivalent professional order in another province or territory
  • Ophthalmologists who are members of the Collège des médecins or an equivalent professional order in another province or territory
  • Holders of a training card delivered by the Secretary of the Collège des médecins or an equivalent professional order in another province or territory, authorized to write a prescription
