Service outlets
For renewal or replacement of the Health Insurance Card, persons who have to renew their driver's licence in the same time have to go to one of the SAAQ Service Outlets
.
Persons who don't have a driver's licence or don't have to renew it in the same time have to go to one of the service outlets of the Régie.

If you are dissatisfied with the Régie's services, you can file a complaint with the Régie's Commissioner for insured persons' complaints by email in complete security.

You can also file a complaint to the Québec Ombudsman
who acts independtly of the government and of the Régie. Impartially and in complete neutrality, the Québec Ombudsman examines complaints submitted by citizens.

Do you disagree with a decision of the Régie? If so, you can apply for an administrative review. You have 6 months to contest the decision.
