For renewal or replacement of the Health Insurance Card, persons who have to renew their driver's licence in the same time have to go to one of the SAAQ Service Outlets This link will open in a new window. .

Persons who don't have a driver's licence or don't have to renew it in the same time have to go to one of the service points of the Régie.
