Questionnaire: Check your situation
In Québec, everyone must be covered by prescription drug insurance at all times.
By completing a short questionnaire, you will know in a few minutes under what type of plan (private or public) you should be covered and what steps you need to take, if any.
Please note that as you complete the questionnaire, you will not be asked to provide any confidential information (name, address, Health Insurance Number, etc.). As a result, the conclusion appearing at the end of this questionnaire may not correspond exactly to your situation. If you believe you are in a special situation, contact the Régie.
