Application for review
Do you disagree with a decision of the Régie? If so, you can apply for an administrative review. You have 6 months to contest the decision.
Health insurance
Solemn affirmation
By making a "solemn affirmation", a person makes one or more statements before a commissioner for oaths. This is necessary, for instance, shen someone is unable to provide a written proof.

Checking your student status
When you send the Régie the information required to confirm your status of student covered by the Public Prescription Drug Insurance Plan, make sure to have your Health Insurance Card handy, as well as the file number that we mailed you.
Reimbursement
Healthcare received outside Québec
Healthcare received outside Québec is covered under certains conditions. You have 1 year to request a reimbursement for professionnal services received and 3 years in the case of hospital services.
Aid programs
Accommodation in a public facility
The contribution requested of a person accomodated in a Québec health facility is determined according to the category of room occupied and the person's ability to pay. Use the simiulation tool to obtain a estimate of the contribution. The staff at the facility is responsible for registering adults.
Accommodation in an intermediate resource
The contribution required of a person accomodated in an intermediate resource is established according to the person's age and financial situation, and length of accomodation. The staff at the facility is responsible for registering persons.
External breastforms
The External Breastforms Program is intended for all women who have undergone a total or radical mastectomy, and for women age 14 and over who have a total absence of breast formation, medically diagnosed as aplasia.
Ostomy
The Ostomy Appliances Program is intended for persons who have undergone a permanent colostomy, ileostomy or urostomy of which the permanent nature is attested to by a medical certificate.
