February 9, 2026 – If you want someone you trust to be able to access your health information, go to the Profile section of your health booklet to give them access to your booklet.
By allowing a close relative or friend to access your health booklet, you are also enabling them to learn more about your health condition. This person will then have all the information they need to better support you during your medical appointments.
The person you choose must log in to their own health booklet to access your information. You can revoke a person’s access at any time. That person can also decide at any time to no longer access your booklet.
This new feature can only be used by capable persons. A capable person can take care of themselves and their property. They are also able to make their own decisions and exercise their rights. Furthermore, if you are between ages 14 and 17, you may not grant anyone else access to your health booklet, nor may you access other health booklets.
To find out more about access management, refer to the Help section and Frequently Asked Questions webpage.
