Award of excellence, digital initiatives category – Award of excellence from the Institut d’administration publique de Québec (IAPQ)
RAMQ has received an award of excellence for its Québec Health Booklet project. The award acknowledges initiatives that take advantage of the potential of information technologies in order to sustain the State’s performance or the services rendered to citizens or companies.
Award of distinction from Groupe entreprises en santé, Innovation category – Large corporation
This award is bestowed on organizations, certified by the Bureau de normalisation du Québec, that stand out due to their quality, innovative and inspiring projects.
Finalist – Mérites du français 2018
On this occasion, RAMQ received a commemorative plaque from the Office québécois de la langue française. For 3 years now, RAMQ has been producing monthly online info messages on French language usage intended for its staff. These short messages cover the do’s and don’ts of correct French language use, thereby enhancing the quality of communications.
Healthy Enterprise distinction award
This award is given to organizations certified by the Bureau de normalisation du Québec that stand out for their innovative and inspiring approach to workplace health and for the quality of their accomplishments.
Digital initiatives excellence award – Québec public administration excellence award
RAMQ received an excellence award for its project to revamp the fee-for-service remuneration of health professionals, better known as SYRA. The award recognizes projects that take full advantage of the possibilities offered by information technology for the purpose of supporting the State’s efforts or improving services for the public and businesses.
OCTAS award, ministry and government corporation category – Recognition of the best Québec information technology projects
RAMQ has been commended for its project to revamp the fee-for-service remuneration systems (SYRA). Via this project, RAMQ has embarked on a wide-ranging technological and administrative effort to modernize its information processing systems as they apply to agreements with health professionals and fee-for-service remuneration.
