Employee's Supervisor
If you are dissatisfied with
services you receive over the
telephone or in person from an
employee of the Régie, you may
request to speak with the employee's
supervisor. In many cases, the
problem or misunderstanding can be
straightened out right away, to your
satisfaction. If the Régie made an
error or was at fault, the Régie
will acknowledge this and offer an
apology.
