To meet the public's need for information, the Régie offers a telephone information service accessible toll-free from anywhere in Québec and a walk-information service available at its Montréal and Québec City offices.

To speak with an agent, you must call during office hours. However, by calling one of the following numbers at any time, you can obtain information through the Health Insurance Infoline, our voice response system.

Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We make every effort to serve you as quickly as possible, in keeping with our Statement of Services for the Public.

However, waiting times may vary, depending on the number of people arriving at our offices. Generally speaking, the wait may be shorter during mid-week mornings, but may be longer on any day between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
