Commissioner for insured persons' complaints
If you are dissatisfied with the Régie's services, you can file a complaint with the Régie's Commissioner for insured persons' complaints, whose role is to independently defend the interests of insured persons vis-à-vis the Régie and to ensure that everyone receives the services to which they are entitled. Simply inform the Commissioner of the problem, by telephone or in writing, and provide any information or documents that may be useful for the study of your complaint.
