Computerworld Smithsonian Medal
Since 1989, the Smithsonian
Institute has recognized the
performance of individuals,
government agencies and non-profit
organizations in the area of
information technologies. At a
ceremony held in Washington D.C. in
April 2000, the Régie de l'assurance
maladie du Québec was awarded the
Computerworld Smithsonian Medal in
the category "Government and
Non-Profit Organizations," for the
exceptional quality of its CIP
project.
