List of Medications – Institutions (French only)

The Liste de médicaments – Établissements constitutes an up-to-date list of the medications that a facility may supply.

For previous versions of the list, see the register below. The "Related Legal Document" links point to the minister's orders pertaining to the list. Corrections made by the Régie to the basic plan list under section 60.2 of the Act respecting prescription drug insurance (R.S.Q., chapter A-29.01) apply where applicable, in accordance with section 116 of the Act respecting health services and social services (R.S.Q., chapter S-4.2), to the Liste de médicaments – Établissements. Those corrections are therefore integrated into the list. Unless otherwise indicated, the date of publication corresponds to the date of coming into force.
