Since e-mails sent over the Internet are not systematically secure, we recommend that you not use your e-mail software to send us personal information such as your birthdate, Health Insurance Number or Social Insurance Number.
However, you can write to us in complete security by secure e-mail. Please note that we do not reply by e-mail to requests requiring the communication of personal information.
For security and information protection reasons, the Régie does not use e-mail to register anyone for the Health Insurance Plan or the Public Prescription Drug Insurance Plan, or to renew or replace Health Insurance Cards. These administrative formalities must be carried out by telephone. In addition, because the forms for these procedures are personalized, the Régie does not send them out by e-mail and does not publish them on its website.
