Dissatisfaction

The staff of the Régie de l'assurance maladie makes every effort to serve you well. However, it may happen that you are dissatisfied with services you receive or that you disagree with a decision rendered.

Dissatisfied with services received?

If you feel that you were not adequately served by an employee of the Régie, either on the phone or in person, the Régie suggests that you:

  • contact the Régie again to obtain further information. An agent will see that you are given a proper explanation;
  • ask to speak with the agent's supervisor.

Other recourse

You can contact the Commissioner for Complaints From Insured Persons and, at any time, the Québec Ombudsman.
