Attestation of training

The document must be issued by the institution, organization or company with which the person takes the training and must indicate:

• the name and address of the institution, organization or company;
• the student's identity;
• the beginning and end dates of the training;
• confirmation that the training is full-time and unpaid (a scholarship is not considered pay);
• the signature of an official of the institution, organization or company.
